Venice Palms is a non-gated community with very reasonable home owner association fees of $784 in 2015. The community does have deed restrictions which help keep the community well maintained. The community was developed by Gateway Properties Ltd from 1998 to 2005. It is a medium sized neighborhood with 174 single family homes on a 72 acre parcel. The neighborhood has one lake and features lush landscaping and palm trees throughout. The homes were constructed of asphalt shingles, concrete block and stucco.
