Venetian Falls is located in Venice Florida on Center Road, approximately 2 miles east of Jacaranda Blvd. The community is a gated community and an access code will be needed or you will need to buzz the owner you are visiting. Venetian Falls is within a couple minute ride to Winn-Dixie and Publix Groceries stores, restaurants such as Peaches, Leones, The Brittish Pub and much more. Dozens of terrific restaurants are within a 5-10 minute ride. The Island of Venice is only 12 minutes away with sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico where you can swim, scuba dive, boat, or enjoy dining and watch beautiful sunsets at Sharky's on the Pier. Fins is available for fine dining. Several marinas are nearby for the boating enthusiasts who may want a boat and also desire the benefits of a deed restricted community.

Venetian Falls Community Amenities

Every Venetian Falls home has its own private entrance and two car garage. The beauty is that the Home Owners Association (HOA) takes care of the lawns and landscaping which leaves you more time to enjoy the community amenities. Since they are not condominiums, each homeowner is responsible for their own roof replacement as needed in the future. Also, the HOA does not insure any part of the homes. Each home has their roof power washed every 4 years. The community was started in 2004.
