Milano is a deed restricted community of single family homes and villas with mandatory membership and some required fees. They reflect annual fees but are paid quarterly. The annual fee is based on the series of home and corresponding lot size, and includes the maintenance of gates, roads, common areas, and other amenities for the community.

Milano is located at 252 Carlino Drive, North Venice, Florida 34275. It is near I-75, which makes this for easy travel. Starting from I-75 at exit 193, Jacaranda Blvd, proceed east on Jacaranda Blvd past Border Road. Take your second right into Acerino Drive into the main entrance. Since the entrance is gated, you will want to call 941.488.6644 and have one of our courteous REALTORS escort you into the community and give you a personal tour.
