Gran Paradiso Homes for Sale

Gran Paradiso was originally developed as a master-planned community by Sam Rogers. The project was later taken over by Lennar Homes who have been building in Southwest Florida for over 50 years. Additionally, there is a small pocket of Lee Wetherington and Cannon Homes. The Lennar homes and villas range from 1340 to 3,800 square feet of air conditioned space. Lennar Homes feature their trademarked 'Everything is Included' which includes an impressive package of upgrades as standard with all homes.

Gran Paradiso is a community of single family homes and villas in a Grand community that lives up to its namesake.

An impressive array of homes and floorplans are available. Homes range from 1340 - 3867 sq. ft., 2 - 6 bedrooms, 2 - 4.5 bathrooms, and 1 - 3 car garages.

Gran Paradiso features Tuscan Inspired architecture, reflective of areas like Florence Italy, which is clearly visible in the grandeur of the sprawling entrance which sets the stage for what lies behind. This style of architecture demonstrates an old world charm using graceful archway, organized placement of columns, while focusing on symmetry, geometry and proportion. The grand entrance provides security with automatic gates and a guard house as you drive under graceful arches of the stone faced building with terra cotta tile roof.

Maintenance Free

Spend your day at the pool instead of in the yard as the Association fee for all homes and villas include lawn maintenance including lawn mowing, edging, irrigation maintenance, lawn fertilization, and pest control. The fees also include maintenance of all common areas, clubhouse, medians within the community and the gated entry, full use of the clubhouse and all recreational facilities, as well as the West Villages Improvement District Assessment. The Association fees for the villas also cover roof replacement and exterior painting.

Gran Paradiso offers resort style living where homeowners can lavish in the zero step walk in community swimming pool and spa, complete with poolside cabanas, or let your stress melt away in the sauna. Other amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, fitness trails, media center and playground. There is also a game room with billiards, card tables, craft room and kiln.

The community is gated with a guard house for added security and peace of mind.

In and Around Gran Paradiso

British Open Pub is less than five minutes away and offers great authentic meals, a full bar, and a huge selection of imported and domestic beers. Publix is conveniently right next door for all your grocery needs. A multitude of restaurants are within a ten minute drive. Bonefish, Outback Steakhouse, and Carrabas are well known chain restaurants while Venice Cafe, Fin's at Sharky's, Cassariano, and Made in Italy offer more local fare.

Venice has a variety of cultural activities. The Venice Theatre, Venice Symphony, and Venice Art Center all offer cultural experiences for all ages.

Starting at the intersection of Jacaranda and U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail S.), proceed South towards North Port for approximately 3 miles. Gran Paradiso is on your left.
