Each subdivision falls under the Master Association of Chestnut Creek, but have their own home owner's association. Living in one subdivision does not give you access to the amenities in the other subdivisions.

The Villas of Chestnut Creek is a deed restricted community. It consists of two neighborhoods; Pendleton with 60 villas and Bayport Circle with 58 villas totaling 118 villas in a community of mature oaks with three tranquil ponds.

Life in Venice, Florida

Chestnut Creek is perfect for the beach enthusiasts. It is located only 6 miles from Venice Municipal Beach. It will take longer to pack your beach chair and cooler than to drive there. Venice Beach has daily lifeguards on duty, showers, concessions, and free parking. Scuba divers walk from their car to the water and come back with fossilized Megalodon shark's teeth. Boaters have a multitude of options. Marine Max of Venice offers a fine selection of watercraft including, storage and maintenance. If you want a lesser commitment, Freedom Boat Club allows you to use any of a selection of vessels with monthly membership fees. Whatever type of boating you choose, Venice, Florida offers navigable waterways that lead to the Gulf of Mexico's open water through the Venice Inlet.

If you prefer the Golf Course rather than the Gulf of Mexico, you are in luck. Venice offers private, semi-private and public courses. Many clubs even offer reciprocal agreements with other courses so you can vary your golf experiences. The closest course is located at the Venice Golf and Country Club about a mile East on Center Road. A half dozen courses are located within minutes.

Start at the intersection of Jacaranda Blvd. and Center Road, proceed east to Venice East Blvd. Turn left (north) into the community on Venice East Blvd.
