The single family homes range from 1768-2329 square feet under air. The Fairmont and Pinehurst floor plans offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 car garages. The Elmhurst floor plan offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a two car garage. The monthly maintenance fee includes lawn care, irrigation water and landscape maintenance. It also maintains infrastructure such as roads, sidewalks, pool, cabana, common areas and the dog park.

All the twin villas are the Ibis floor plan all have 1533 square feet under air. It serves up two bedrooms plus a den, two bathrooms and a 2 car garage. The maintenance fee covers building maintenance, homeowners insurance, pest control and reserves.

Location and Directions

Verona Reserve in Venice Florida has two entrances. The main entrance can be found by starting at the round-a-bout at Jacaranda and E. Venice Avenue.
