Venice Palms is a non-gated community with very reasonable home owner association fees. The community does have deed restrictions which help keep the community well maintained. The community was developed by Gateway Properties Ltd from 1998 to 2005. It is a medium sized neighborhood with 174 single family homes on a 72 acre parcel. The neighborhood has one lake and features lush landscaping and palm trees throughout. The homes were constructed of asphalt shingles, concrete block and stucco. A straight shot down Venice Avenue to the west runs you right into the beach.
