The Beleza On Venice Beach condominium was built in 2005 by Taylor Woodrow and offers full gulf front views and extraordinary sunsets from the comfort of a modern luxury condominium. Located directly on Venice Beach, you can enjoy the sun, sand, and warm gulf waters year round. Bicycle to downtown or tour the Island of Venice.

The units offer 2 or 3 bedrooms with sizes exceeding 2,100 square feet. Individual units offer ten foot ceilings, granite counter-tops, private elevators, a 1 car garage and marble floors. Pets are allowed. Rentals are allowed for a maximum of three times per year for a minimum of 3 months.
