Venetia is a community in Venice Florida that is best recognized by the exquisite waterfalls adorning its two gated entrances. The community was developed by Venetian Development, Inc. and Fourth Quarter Properties. All of the homes in Venetia are of block construction with stucco. They have tile roofs that fit well with the Tuscan theme. The community has public water and sewer and underground utilities. The streets all have a clean look with street lights and sidewalks.

Venetia is located in Venice, Florida in the vicinity of Tamiami Trail S. (U.S. 41) and Jacaranda Blvd.. It’s central location make it a great place to live. The community is literally a minute to a Super Walmart, Publix, shopping and restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Rib City, Bob Evans and a couple of minutes to Bonfish Grill and Carrabas. Venetia has two entrances. The main entrance is on Jacaranda Blvd, a few hundred yards to the west of Tamiami Trail S. The entrance is to your left as you head west. The entrance is gated and you will need an access code or will need to stop and buzz whomever you are visiting on the security panel at the gate. The second entrance is on Tamiami Trail S., and is located less than 1/4 mile to the south. It will be on your right, (west) side of the street. You will need to be a resident with a swipe card to access this entrance.
