Sawgrass has both single family homes and maintenance free villas. Each offers an option of golf course, lake or preserve views. The community offers the safety and security of a gated community with a staffed guard house at the main entrance off of N. Auburn Rd. Homeowners find that living in a deed restricted community keeps their property values up and makes the appearance of the entire community pristine.
