The Home Owner's Association is Bellagio On Venice Island Homeowners Assn Inc.. An Architectural Review Committee of the HOA oversees exterior modifications to maintain an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the community. The home owners association was incorporated in June of 1999. The Association maintains the grounds, common areas, community pool and other amenities. Maintenance free means more free time for you. Homes may be rented for no less than 90 days at a time and a maximum of four times per year. An application is required as well as a nominal fee. An application to transfer ownership must be submitted to the HOA at lease 7 days prior to closing along with a nominal fee. HOA approval is required.
