Coastal Communities are my Specialty:
I was first introduced to Florida's Gulf Coast by many of my Massachusetts real estate clients whom I assisted with buying or selling on the coastal communities of Cape Cod. Many of them also owned homes in coastal Florida from St. Pete Beach down to Naples. Inspired by their experiences, I began exploring Florida's Gulf Coast myself as a snowbird in 2011. By 2016, the Venice and Sarasota area had become my favorite destination, and I ultimately made it my home and acquired my Florida real estate license in 2017. Assisting buyers and sellers in the best of TWO coastal worlds allows me to help customers make confident, informed choices.

Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming—there's a lot at stake, both financially and emotionally. My goal is to make the process easier by giving customers clear, expert information they can trust as they make important real estate decisions. Communication and followup are at the heart of how I work. After more than 35 years in real estate, I still take pride in guiding people through a complex process with confidence.
