It all started with a poker game in the early 1990’s during Sam’s successful career covering the Mid-Atlantic states and Florida as a General Manager with Contract Management giant Sodexho NA.
During his time off from a position in Johnstown PA, Sam hosted the occasional (weekly) poker game with friends from the area.

One of those friends was a realtor. Several others were looking to engage in a bit of Real Estate investing. Another acquaintance was a landlord that wished to no longer be a landlord.

It was a perfect situation, and the beginning of Sam’s three-decade career in Real Estate.

After securing his own Real Estate license in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, he found a position interning as a Buyer’s Agent with one of the top producing agents in the state. In this capacity Sam continued to home his skills while continuing his Contract Management Career.

In 1999, he relocated to Florida to open a new account on the Island in Venice. When during the normal course of business, it came time for Sam to leave Venice for another account, Sam put his foot down.

Perhaps it would be better to say that after a career of travelling, he put his roots down. Southwests Florida was home. So long General Manager, hello Real Estate in Paradise.

Sam decided to parlay the same skills and devotion that won him accolades from customers, employees, and clients for his results-driven professional style, to Real Estate full time.

He met Jan Alexander in the early aughts and when Jan found out Sam was transitioning to Real Estate full time, she recruited him to work with her in her Real Estate office.

Together in work and life for over two decades now, Jan and Sam look forward to each day achieving results for customers from all over the world.
