Cindy Nye is a dedicated Broker Associate with a strong background in real estate sales, client service, and property marketing. Since beginning her real estate career in 2008, she has built extensive experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence and ease.
Cindy holds several professional designations, including Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). She is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to guiding clients smoothly through every step of a transaction.

Active in the Venice community, Cindy serves on the boards of Venice Area Beautification, Inc. and the Venice Art Center. In her free time, she enjoys boating, swimming, fitness, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
