Hap Welsh is the Co-Owner of Gulf Shores Realty in Venice, Florida.  It all begins with a strong foundation…and Hap is just that. Her invaluable experiences as Vice President and owner of Partnership Properties, a real estate investment firm and serving 18 years with Sarasota County Emergency Services, retiring as Administrative Assistant and “right hand” to the Fire Chief, have transformed her into a powerhouse of organization, planning, public relations, and simultaneous task execution.
She can also always be counted on for an upbeat attitude and a bright smile! Hap’s mastery of all Real Estate technical programs and advertising market provides the quality support necessary to get the job done. From entering listings into the industry’s Multiple Listing Service to scheduling showings and open houses, Hap devotes her efforts to what matters most…providing exceptional customer service to our customers!
