Ali St Cyr- Owner/Broker 

Ali has risen to be among the top 1% in Hillsborough County for total sales production by creating a highly effective sales strategy that puts her clients’ needs first. Through mentorship and training, she teaches agents that are selected to be a part of the elite Tomlin St Cyr team the proven techniques to become a top-producing agent. She gives agents the tools to work quickly and efficiently to rise in this incredibly competitive market. Her goal is to ensure every agent has the confidence and skills to provide outstanding service. A proud, life-long resident of Tampa Bay, Ali has been recognized as a Tampa Bay Business Journal Up & Comer for her community involvement and leadership in the business sector.

  


John Tomlin- CEO 

John is a graduate of the Wharton School, past CEO of AAA Auto Club South and an active community leader. He spent the past 26 years developing a rapidly growing sales force at AAA. Starting with the belief of total transparency and an agent-centric culture, the sales force grew from 35 agents to over 350. This growth was the result of careful hiring, solid training, ongoing mentoring and technology that simplified the process for agents. He then separated selling from servicing clients. This allowed sales agents to do what they do best while the team provided outstanding service for clients. John brings a similar innovation to enable each agent to achieve their potential.

  


Diana Kurtz- Managing Broker 

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), Diana is dedicated to supporting, mentoring, and encouraging agents to strive for absolute excellence in their real estate careers and dealings with clients, other real estate professionals, and all involved in today’s complicated world of real estate. Diana is fluent in Spanish, passionate about education, networking, and volunteering, and serves on numerous committees. At Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services, her goal is to ensure that agents provide a level of professionalism and integrity second to none and always keep their clients’ best interests at heart.

  


Emma Tomlin- Finance Officer-  CORE Director 

Emma is a graduate from Babson College, the country's number one college for business entrepreneurship, where she earned a BA in business administration and a Masters of Science in Accounting. Emma started her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. She gained significant insights into the financial operations of companies ranging from telecommunication start-ups to a well-known retail and pharmacy giant and Florida's Housing Authority. This knowledge has positioned her to assist the CEO with all accounting and financial aspects of the brokerage's back office. Emma’s experience has allowed her to assist our agents and their clients with what is often the largest financial sale of their life. Her priority is to provide our agents the assistance they need to help facilitate a smooth transaction for their clients.


 


Mark Smith- Director of Growth

Mark was born in Stuttgart, Germany, and attended Bethel College in Kansas, playing on the football team. He went on to graduate from Florida State University with a degree in marketing. Previously, Mark worked in sales as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 consumer goods company. Mark then gained deep knowledge of the real estate industry as a Real Estate Sales Manager, Commercial Agent, and Business Broker. Now, Mark is the Director of Growth for Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services in Tampa and Gulf Shores Realty in Venice, hiring new and veteran agents. He is also licensed to sell residential and commercial properties for select clients.

 


Shannon Jacobs- Director of Agent Success and Operations

After 15 incredible years spent with the nationally recognized real estate brokerage, Keller Williams Realty, most recently serving as The Director of Operations for The Patterson Group, and having the privilege of learning, growing, and building alongside some incredible peers, I’m stepping into a new journey. I’m thrilled to share that I have joined Gulf Shores Realty & Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services as the Director of Agent Success & Operations.  My time as a Team Leader and Director of Operations, shaped so much of who I am as a coach and professional.  I’ll always be grateful for the opportunities, mentorship, and lifelong friendships made along the way. Now, I feel called to take everything I’ve learned and pour it into supporting the agents at Gulf Shores Realty & Tomlin St Cyr reach new levels of success.  This opportunity allows me to blend my passion for agent growth with a company whose values of excellence, care, and community align so closely with my own. I cannot wait to roll up my sleeves, support these incredible professionals, and help expand our impact.  


Jennifer Moore- Office Manager 

Born and raised in the scenic landscapes of North Carolina, Jennifer developed a strong foundation of dedication and warmth, values that she has carried throughout her personal and professional life. After beginning her career in Real Estate, she realized her true calling lay in organization and supporting others to succeed.
In 2022, Jennifer and her husband, Brantley, embarked on a new adventure, moving to the serene beauty of Southwest Florida. Drawn by the promise of year-round sunshine and sandy beaches, they embraced the opportunity to live in paradise. Together with their two beloved pups, Romeo and Juliet, they have built a life filled with love, laughter, and the occasional wagging tail.
