Gulf View Estates is located approximately 2 miles from Manasota Beach and the main entrance to the community is located on State Road 776, one mile South of Jacaranda Blvd.. The homes in Gulf View Estates are sturdy block construction with mostly shingle roofs. Many have private in-ground pools. Some of the homes have either pond views or preserve views and command slightly higher prices. All utilities are run underground. All of the homes have public water and most have public sewer although a handful still have septic. They typical home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a pool, shingle roof, and block construction.
