Get a Complimentary Home Appraisal

The most important criteria in the sale of your home is setting an accurate price. Failure to do so will either leave money on the table or result in the lack of a sale for an overpriced home. Gulf Shores Realty offers our Free Appraisal* program to ensure your home is priced accurately. This is in addition and superior to the Comparative Marketing Analysis that most real estate companies offer. The Free Appraisal is an option for our Sellers and is not required. It is simply one more service Gulf Shores Realty offers to provide our customers with superior service.

*Homeowners who sign a new Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement with Gulf Shores Realty will be reimbursed the full cost of the appraisal not to exceed $450 with the successful sale of the property. Homeowners must pay the appraiser at the time of appraisal and will be reimbursed at the time of closing. The homeowner may choose their appraiser. Homeowners must request to participate in the Free Appraisal Program at time of listing appointment.
