MacArthur Beach and Racquet Club is a gated condominium community located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The community is maintenance free and has an association fee which provides for common area maintenance, outside maintenance, trash, water, sewer and basic cable. The Association fee is paid quarterly. Owners are permitted up to two pets, with a maximum weight of up to 25 pounds each. Units average from 900 to just over 1300 square feet.

MacArthur Beach and Racquet Club is located on the Island of Venice, half way between the Venice Municipal Fishing Pier and Venice Public Beach. The physical address is 700 Golden Beach Blvd., Venice, Florida 34285. From downtown Venice, at the intersection of Harbor Drive S. and Venice Ave., proceed South on Harbor Drive S. approx 9 blocks. Turn West, right, on Villas Dr.. It will intersect with Golden Beach Blvd and MacArthur Beach and Racquet Club will be directly in front of you.
