The Venice, FL area is home to so many picturesque places and areas that your biggest challenge after walking around this seaside town will be to decide which photo to post and filter to use!

Since we can’t help you out with the filters, we’ve come up with a list of 4 of the most Instagrammable spots in Venice, Florida that are sure to get you the most likes.

Also known as the world famous “Shark’s Tooth Capital of the World”, Caspersen Beach contains lots of picturesque areas to grab a snapshot.

However, these photo ops become even better when you throw in some creative ways to incorporate the countless shark teeth found along the shoreline.

Grab a shovel and sift through the sand on this beach to uncover these small additions that are sure to spruce up your post.

Venice Avenue

Sculptures, murals, local shops and beautifully manicured green areas make for some of the most easily photographable places in Florida. 

The main drag of Venice Avenue pairs the beauty of a palm tree-lined median with the beautiful mediterranean inspired architecture of the buildings that run parallel to it, perfect for catching glorious sunset shots.

Be sure to also check out the recognizable “Venice, Florida” mural on Nassau St. South between Venice Avenue and Miami Avenue for a shot with this instantly classic 2019 artwork. Its just around the corner from the Gulf Shores Realty downtown storefront location.

This iconic area of historic Downtown Venice, Florida is also home to multiple options for photoshoots you can’t go wrong with — from restaurants that provide some of the most Instagrammable food in the city to over ten historical buildings to pose in front of.  As a bonus, the Venice Art Center has just launched a two year fundraiser called FantaSea.  It features 26 Seahorse and 26 Mermaid statues, each adorned by local artists.  They speckle the entire downtown area and are currently the center of attention.  Which one is your favorite?

Venice Train Depot

Built in 1927, this historic train depot was updated in 2003 and has a place on the National Register of Historic Places, so you definitely won’t want to miss out on an opportunity to bless your friends’ feeds with a picture taken here.

Venice Fishing Pier

Another iconic Florida location, the Venice Fishing Pier is located in southern Venice and contains some of the most beautiful ocean views in the state. 

Whether you’re taking sunset pictures from the end of the pier or including the classic “Venice Fishing Pier” sign from the front of the walkway in your photo, this pier contains lots of angles waiting to become the focus or complement the subject of a great composition. 

And don't forget to head under the pier to take advantage of the natural framing of the garters beneath this gorgeous structure.
