My husband and I had never been to the West Coast of Florida, but several people we know had homes in Sarasota County and loved the area. I placed a random call to a real estate office and that's how we met Harvey Davis. We clicked right away over the phone as i explained my love of warm weather and beautiful beaches. Harvey grew up in Philadelphia area where we live and we both love Jamaica, Golden Retrievers, and black cats. We had so much in common, and Harvey was easy to talk to, that i decided to take my first trip to the Gulf Coast of Florida to look at some homes. We went to lunch at Sharkeys on the beach in Venice. On that one day we saw a home we fell in love with, and even thought it was outside of our price range.
