The U.S. News and World Report featured Sarasota County in it's September 10, 2010 edition with an article Where to Buy a Home for Less Than $800 a Month. The article addresses the fact that mortgage rates have fallen to an average of 4.32% for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage, the lowest rate in 40 years.
