Location, Location, Location is the most common phrase in real estate. Today I had the most wonderful lunch at Fin’s at Sharky’s in Venice, Florida. The food and service were exquisite but the lobster nachos were to die for. As I am sitting there enjoying a fantastic view of the beach and the Venice Municipal Fishing Pier, I received a photo from a business associate in Buffalo, NY. She was snowed in with 7-1/2 feet of snow. The temperature in Venice, Florida is in the low 70’s while the temperature in Buffalo, NY is was in the low 20’s.
Venice, Florida’s location on the Gulf of Mexico accounts for our subtropical climate and warm balmy breezes.
