The Venice real estate market is on fire - and there aren't any signs of it slowing down any time soon.

If you're looking to buy real estate in 2021, here are a few of our favorite Venice area neighborhoods that are definitely worth a closer look in the new year!

Toscana Isles

Toscana Isles’ stunning Tuscan-inspired vibe is wholly evident as soon as you drive through the entrance. Residents are greeted by the artfully constructed guardhouse and a beautiful fountain - it’s as if you were transported to the mediterranean.

The Toscana Isles homes for sale were constructed by well-regarded national builder H.R. Horton. Properties come in a range of 7 different house models, in 1 or 2 story varieties. All homes are situated around 2 incredible spring-fed lakes, 1 amounting to 94 acres and the other 55 acres. Lakefront homeowners are lucky enough to launch kayaks or paddle boards right from their backyards. Other home owners can use the boat launch, located just behind the clubhouse.

All home styles share a wonderful italian-inspired architecture, epitomized by iconic red-tile roofs and driveways made of paver tiles. Best of all, the Venice community provides a highly appealing maintenance-free lifestyle, so you’ll have plenty of time to do what you really want.

Gran Paradiso

Gran Paradiso is a grand addition to the sprawling Wellen Park group of master-planned communities. Originally developed by builder Sam Rogers, the development was taken over by Lennar Homes, an extremely highly regarded builder that has been active in Southwest Florida for over 50 years.

The variety of Gran Paradiso homes for sale across the community, set amid a lush nature preserve and natural lakes, is superb. Homes are available in a constellation of different styles:

  • Twin Villas
  • Manor Homes
  • Executive Homes
  • Estate Homes

Properties range from 1,640 to 3,800 and include a fantastic package of upgrades from the builder. You’ll love the inspired Italian renaissance architecture featured throughout - from the graceful arches as you drive into the community, right down to the finely detailed design features of the different homes.

Among Gran Paradiso’s top selling features is an appealing, maintenance-free lifestyle paired with unmatched resort-style amenities. Instead of spending time maintaining your property, you’ll be able to dedicate more time to refreshing poolside activities.

Grand Palm

To live in Grand Palm is to truly be one with nature. The development effectively balances its awe-inspiring natural setting among the development of the homes here. Unlike virtually any other development in this part of Florida, Grand Palms enjoys an embarrassment of riches when it comes the rich diversity its ecosystem. The developers have committed to preserving a full 33% of the community in its natural state.

Right away as you enter Grand Palms, you’ll be welcomed by a meandering entry road that makes its way through a lush forested area. The community is centered around the 32-acre Adventure Lake. Other highlights include the unique Lookout Point Island accessible via wooden pedestrian bridge on an 8-acre lake. There’s also the 10-acre Adventure Park that features full sport facilities for basketball, tennis, bocce ball and volleyball, not to mention two dog parks.

Grand Palm is 1,005 acres all in, a Neal Community project. Properties here come in single-family home or paired villas. Across an intriguing range of floor plans, the majority of Grand Palm homes for sale range from 1,079 to 3,346 square feet, with 2 - 4 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and either 2 or 3 car garages.

Boca Royale

Boca Royale is an exclusive, gated community set on 1000 acres around the beautiful grounds of the Boca Royale Golf Club. Development around the course has occurred through many through many phases over the years, starting in the 1970s. As a result, interested home buyers will find an incredible variety of property to tour. The vast majority of development is low-density single family homes, but there are some newer townhomes recently developed.

Life at Boca Royale is naturally centered around the golf course and its facilities. The course itself is a semi-private, 18 holes with practice greens, a driving range and a pro shop. There’s also Har-Tru Tennis Courts along with a pro shop and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

The crown jewel of the development may just be the stunning Georgian-inspired clubhouse that is another central hub of daily life for residents. The clubhouse is available for rent for a variety of events, but for everyday use it features two fine dining rooms. The Fairway Dining Room provides a more formal setting, whereas the 19th Hole provides a much more casual dining experience.
