Dave was fabulous to work with in searching and buying our first Florida home. We had many phone and email conversations before we came down from Kentucky to Florida to search for a home. I was very firm that we probably would not buy immediately, but Dave continued to give it his all. We nailed down a variety of homes in Venice and Englewood and actually were going to look at some even further south. We ended up finding a new villa in Boca Royale, a Neal Community. and stopped our search as it was exactly what we needed, not necessarily what we originally wanted. We had a price range and certain criteria that limited what we could get in a house; we were going to be facing a lot of work if we purchased a house in our price range. Dave suggested we look at the new villas and we realized it was perfect for us. It has been almost a year and we are extremely happy with our home. Dave was superb knowledgeable of the market and all things pertaining to selecting and owning a Fl home (insurance factors, HOA's, taxes, etc.) which was extremely helpful to us.
