We have dealt with many realtors in our lifetime, but our association with Daniel Charney and Brian Corson was without equal. We began looking for a house in the Venice, Florida area in December, 2019. Friends of ours had recommended Daniel and Brian. The first day we met them, they knew we were not going to move until sometime in the spring, but that did not seem to matter. They began their search openly and enthusiastically. We became very serious to buy in Florida, in March. Working and knowing these to exceptional men, was as if there were two lifelong friends greatly caring about every aspect of a new house.

We sold our house in Santa Fe, and immediately began a search in Venice. Again, our experience with Daniel and Brian was as if we were the only clients they had. We found a house we liked in North Port, Florida and made an offer. Daniel and Brian negotiated a fantastic deal and we were set. The night of the day we bought this house, our Realtor in Santa Fe texted that the deal we had made there fell through. Daniel and Brian had immense empathy and did all of the details necessary to take care of the Florida deal.

We did sell our Santa Fe house immediately, again, and the Florida search started over. Outstanding friends, these two gentlemen, helped us search and we found a house far better than the original we had bought in North Port. Daniel and Brian, knowing the pressure on us at that point, totally stepped in and made every arrangement possible. Yes, as great friends as well as realtors. We cannot imagine ever finding realtors again as knowledgeable and sensitive as these two gentlemen. We are settling into our new home with great joy, completely due and thanks to them.
