The 26th annual 2018 Shark's Tooth Festival is returning to Venice Florida. This family fun event has something for everyone. Venice Florida is well known as the Shark's Tooth Capital of the World because of the propensity for beach goers to find fossilized sharks teeth on area beaches and in our waters. These teeth are millions of years old and are from prehistoric sharks of days gone by. They are quite collectible and are used for jewelry, artwork, decorations and private collections. If you have ever been to Venice, Florida, you probably have some.
