The results are in and Sharky's on the Pier has been voted in a statewide contest as the Best Florida Beach Bar for 2018.

Sharky's on the Pier is a hub of activity.  Locals and visitors come to fish on the pier and tourists walk the pier hoping to catch a view of anglers reeling in their next catch.  Seasonally Spanish Mackerel run in schools of thousands and anglers real them in as fast as they can drop their hooks.  Along the beach, visitors sift the sand at the waters edge looking for fossilized shark's teeth, each millions of years old.  Children frolic in the gently surf, others play volleyball or relax under colorful umbrellas.
