In a new study by PortlandRealEstate.com, Tampa is ranked 3rd in the country for the highest number of homes built per thousand people. Due to the continued surge of new residents following the pandemic, demand for housing has driven builders to construct homes at a rate far surpassing the national average of 5.23 homes per thousand people.
