Gulf Shores Realty is Business of the Year 2021

The annual Best of Venice Awards were held Saturday night, January 29, 2022 at the Plantation Golf and Country Club. Adams Publishing and the Venice Gondolier Sun hosted the awards with all the pomp and circumstance one would expect of such a prestigious event.
The Best of Venice awards are significant because they are voted on by the readers of the Venice Gondolier Sun. The on-line voting is secret and represents the opinion of the community. Attendees are either the Winner, Finalist or are there to support one of them. No one finds out the results until the actual announcement at the dinner ceremony.
The hundreds of awards represent the community. Awards are presented for the Best Waterfront Restaurant, Best Car Wash, Best Air Conditioning Company, Best Jewelry Store, and so many more. The Winners and Finalists have bragging rights and valuable marketing for the next year. Most proudly display the Best of Venice Awards at their businesses. Gulf Shores Realty ERA Powered was a clear winner in the Real Estate Category! Gulf Shores Realty was the Winner of the Best Independent Real Estate Company for the 10th consecutive year, making an entire decade of winning.

The crescendo of the evening was the BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD. Managing Broker Wayne Welsh of Gulf Shores Realty ERA Powered was honored to receive the award on behalf of his 50 Agents and Staff. Gulf Shores Realty's involvement in the community and charitable programs were two of the reasons cited for the award. According to Welsh, "It is easy to be successful when you love what you do. It is also enjoyable when you love the people you do it with."
