Gulf Shores Realty won the prestigious Best of Venice Award for 2016. The Best of Venice Awards are voted on by the readers of the Venice Gondolier Sun. The awards are an important thermometer of the public’s opinion of local companies and apparently, Gulf Shores Realty is hot! Gulf Shores Realty won First Place for BEST INDEPENDENT REAL ESTATE COMPANY. Matthew Ritter, P.A. and Jessica Ritter, The Ritter Property Group, with Gulf Shores Realty won Finalist for BEST REAL ESTATE TEAM. Wayne Welsh, Broker-Owner of Gulf Shores Realty, won First Place for BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT.
The awards were presented at the Plantation Golf and Country Club in front of a cheering crowd of hundreds. Gulf Shores Realty won these identical awards last year as well.
