And the biggest selling points of all for me was that she took the time to show me the local amenities such as the South Venice Ferry, dog beach, Shamrock Park, and the nighttime tennis courts...those were the things that really convinced me that I wanted to locate there...and she was so convincing that we then bought a house around the corner for my daughter as well!!
