Emma Tomlin, CFO

Emma is a graduate of Babson College, the country's number one college for business entrepreneurship, with a BA in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Accounting. Emma started her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young where she gained significant insights into the financial operations of companies ranging from telecommunication start-ups to a well-known retail and pharmacy giant to Florida's Housing Authority. This knowledge has positioned her to assist the CEO with all accounting and finance related aspects of the brokerage's back office. At Tomlin St Cyr and their related companies, it is a priority to ensure we handle cash flow with the utmost integrity and efficiency. With this in mind, we strive to ensure our agents receive their commission payments the same day as closing, whenever possible. Additionally, Emma runs the CORE services program designed to provide prospecting and marketing assistance to agents looking to take their business to the next level without the expense of a full time assistant.
